Experience

     Mr. Rubinstein is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney. His practice concentrates primarily in the areas of personal injury law, business law and litigation, employment law and litigation, and municipal court. He initially practiced law in Florida defending catastrophic injury claims alleging product defects, defending cruise lines and representing litigants in complex commercial matters. While practicing in Florida, Mr. Rubinstein was an editor of the Southern District Digest and was admitted to the trial bar of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

     He currently lectures on effective legal writing, computer assisted research and litigation support for paralegals. He has several important Appellate victories on the issues of personal jurisdiction in New Jersey and the duties of a Casino to prevent a drunk patron from driving. Mr. Rubinstein was the Lawrence Township municipal prosecutor for 2002-2005. He presently serves on the Board of Directors of Jewish Family & Children's Services. Mr. Rubinstein has acted as Special Attorney for the Lawrence Township Planning Board, served on the Lawrence Township Zoning Board of Adjustment, Board of Trustees of the Mary Roebling Musical Scholarship Fund and the Board of Trustees of Adath Israel Synagogue.

Mr. Rubinstein received his B.A. degree from Tulane University and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
