Experience
Mr. Lopez joined Gaylord, Rubinstein & Popp, LLC, in April 2008 as a partner in the new Cherry Hill, NJ office. His primary practice focus is in the areas of workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability Benefits. Since his admission to the New Jersey Bar in January 1994, Mr. Lopez has handled workers’ compensation cases from both the plaintiff and defense side. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Lopez ran the workers’ compensation department at Aronberg & Kouser, P.C., in Cherry Hill.
Education & Associations
Mr. Lopez received his B.A. degree in English Literature from Lehigh University and his J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law – Camden. Mr. Lopez is a Barrister in the Justice James H. Coleman, Jr. Workers Compensation American Inn of Court and a member of the National Organization of Social Security Clients Representatives. Additionally, he is a member of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Lopez is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
